Child and Adult Trauma Therapist
EMDRIA Certified Therapist
Licensed in Maryland and Florida: Telehealth Only At This Time
As a therapist, I believe that one of the most profound human needs is to feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach to therapy centers on creating a space where you can show up as your authentic self—free of judgment and full of possibility.
I understand that life can make you feel invisible at times, whether through pain, past experiences, or overwhelming expectations. My role is to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve to be acknowledged and valued. Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover patterns, and work toward healing and self-acceptance.
Through empathy, curiosity, and evidence-based techniques, I’ll support you in rediscovering your inner strength and capacity for growth. Because you deserve to be seen—not just for where you’ve been, but for who you are and who you’re becoming.
An EMDRIA Certified Therapist is a mental health professional who has completed specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and has met the certification standards set by the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA).
Once certified, the therapist is considered highly trained in EMDR, and the certification signifies a higher level of expertise in using the EMDR approach effectively for trauma resolution. EMDRIA certification can offer clients confidence that their therapist has met a recognized standard for EMDR competency.
